Honestly, it’s not a bad idea. The addicts are gonna get stuff anyways and it’s better they use clean tools. Less contamination, less hospital visits for them, less strain going on the hospital, less tax payer money spent on their free stays

I remember a few years ago before the pandemic some where in DC I think they opened up a center for addicts to come do their dope ! They was handing out clean needles and all. I’m assuming they was tryna avoid overdoses . But dam it’s giving encouragement lol
