Good advice,, just listened to this with my 16yr old son.

I worked for a big company and virtually everyone was a messenger. I wanted to get stuff done but all people would do is ignore or pass emails around and pass the time till the weekend/ paycheck. Needless to say I was not popular there.

Nick is the type of guy who could tell you he is 30 or 50 years old and both would be equally believable.

I don't know who's the bigger asshole. People listening to this guy or @sweatystartup

This is a good argument for having systems and accountability.

Taking advice from doers often leads to more practical and tested insights.
