MiniMax H3 Anime with Storyboard Making Omurice I kept the GPT Image 2 prompt for the storyboard extremely simple: "Create a rough sketch omurice-making storyboard with the given character." Even though the storyboard had panel numbers and a couple of small mistakes, H3 didn't have any issues with it. The video prompt was also very simple: "Use the storyboard @[storyboard ref] as sequential shot guidance, not as a static image. Do not treat the storyboard as one image. Follow each panel as a separate beat. Use @[character ref] as the character and visual style reference."

STEPS: - Write a simple 10-15 second story idea. - Use ChatGPT to convert the story into a professional director-level storyboard with strict continuity between every frame. - Generate the storyboard images. - Upload the completed storyboard back into ChatGPT. - Ask ChatGPT to analyze the storyboard and convert every panel into a single cinematic Seedance 2.0 video prompt - Upload the storyboard + generated video prompt to Seedance 2.0. - Generate the final film-quality animated sequence. The biggest improvement came from treating the storyboard as the source of truth and having AI act like a film director rather than a prompt writer.

My biggest passion right now is coding agents that figure out the storyboard and prompts from a script, as well as the ingredients (characters, locations, props). And it does all of it with great camera control and direction. It's not perfect yet, but it gets better every day!
