This woman and her friends were out for a night in the town when they parked their cars. They had no idea what would happen next as they went back to the garage for the night to get their cars to leave. When they got there, they had noticed all of the gates were sealed shut, confused they looked on the wall where their hours were posted and it seems as if they close at 10pm. It’s well past 10pm, with the hours being posted, is the parking garage obligated to come down and let out people will chose to ignore their hours of operation?

He dropped it off and got a call in the afternoon to pick it up. He paid for the services and when he got back to the dealer. He noticed that the shop didn’t do any of the work, they didn’t replace the tires or any of the services he paid for. He confronts one of the workers and they admit to scamming him, all the while the shop owner is nowhere to be found. The worker claims they were gonna call him back and fix it. At this point after they scammed you, would you allow them to try to do the work again and fix things?
