A personal statement on my suspension from Reform

Tim - I don’t dislike you, but I find you hard to like when you constantly criticise the Party you claim to represent and support. There’s no I in Team — either get on board or move on. As a spokesperson FOR Reform, your job is to speak POSITIVELY about them. You act like Reform having you as a spokesperson was a privilege - this is exactly where you went wrong. Posting several times online negative comments in regards to your Reform colleagues and repeatedly saying similar things live on air or in interviews is not acting like part of a team - it’s intentionally sowing discourse for the media to weaponise against the party you claim to represent. If you did this within a corporate business whilst representing their brand, you would rightly be sacked. I hadn’t heard of you before you joined Reform, and as a Reform supporter, I may not always like everything they say, but I wouldn’t dream about going on air and slating them. We get enough of that with all the haters — so why add fuel to the fire? I personally would like you to get onboard and stop being so negative about Reform, so I would suggest a meeting so you can all thrash it out - but if you have also been the one leaking and creating further mischief within Reform, then no thanks. Only time will tell.

What on Earth makes you think you ever belonged in Reform? It is party that is palpably corrupt and in the pocket of offshore billionaires. It daily announces policies that are completely unworkable and cruel. For God's sake, you are better off out.

When you joined Reform Tim I always thought you must be a Tory plant, in conservatives you were always a liberal and your values do not aline with most of ours..someone has been leaking to the press, I dont believe @Nigel_Farage should allow you to remain in Reform, he has one rule with criticism you dont do it publicly, you certainly dont leak disputes to the press..I thought Rupert was massive loss to our party, he didn't the same thing as you, aired his grievance publicly. I like you as a person Tim however I dont believe you sit comfortably in Reform..

I say this as a non-member of Reform. You've clearly been the one briefing against Yusuf in the media and deserve your suspension. Go back to the Tories, Tim. Or even better, the Lib Dems... where you actually belong.

Why on earth would you appeal? It’s clear they don’t want. It’s even clearer you don’t agree with and are even embarrassed by the more extreme elements in Reform like Goodwin and Yusuf. Begging to stay with this rabble is a humiliating spectacle.

Where you are going wrong is in airing your doubts and concerns for the party in public. We've all seen you do it, and frankly it pisses us off. I don't doubt your sincerity, but for the love of God keep your dissent behind closed doors where it belongs.

Why would you wish to continue to associate yourself to such a horrendous group of people? Most the online membership are celebrating your suspension for goodness sakes. Why try to get people into power that hate you and mistreat you? You are a glutton for punishment.

As you said Nigel asked you for internal debate. You chose external podcasts and public briefings instead. That’s the distinction you’re ignoring. It's not acceptable behaviour.

Just like most other supporters of Reform, you're nothing more than a tool. You are welcomed until, you've either served your purpose or dare criticise the powers that be. This was always Farage, however, recently it has become clear that Yusuf is a narcissistic megalomaniac

I really hope that this is a storm in a teacup and that someone has overreacted, because if the party can't take criticism from friends and members over the airwaves, then it is going to struggle in power.
