This is what happens when hiring DEi candidates and , taking the talent away from qualified pilots. Technology takes the roll of the pilot. It’s happening in trucking and I would guess more areas where the talent would be better than the technology. No good

Dei hire pilot. Pressed the go around button which speeds up the engines. Pushed the front down but too late to stop the bird . Hiring failed pilots on race is and always will be f dangerous for every passenger- and surrounding buildings obvs

In South Africa we fly these on top of the fully loaded stadium and no crash. Why don't you send your pilots to South Africa for a refresher training?
