A Pinellas County deputy was arrested after he allegedly misused state data and law enforcement systems to pursue a minor he was infatuated with, Sheriff Bob Gualtieri said. The deputy was said to be recently married as well.

This deputy is way out of line and you can bet there was a law suit coming after this. The guy is clearly not armed, he even shows the deputy he is not armed.
