Context here is that it signals to Iran the military option remains on the table, if nuclear issues aren't resolved or the interim agreement is violated. As part of the deal, Iran will receive oil sanctions waivers. Iran will also have frozen funds and assets released worth billions of dollars, if a final agreement is reached and implemented.

As long as there is no want of judicial integrity or honesty, or any breach of propriety by the judge concerned, it is beyond the executive to interfere... What has been released by the court suggests that Justice Sreedharan's transfer was shifted from Chhattisgarh to Allahabad due to the executive's interference. If something is prompted by the executive and a decision is subsequently re-engineered by the court, the entire process is compromised. That is not how it is supposed to work... Edwin Sifuna has failed in this duty. If he wishes to pursue a different political path, that is his democratic right. But as long as he remains ODM’s Secretary General, he must respect the Party Leader and communicate the party’s official position, not his own. The Secretary General does not make policy.
