Do you have a further plan to build this type of for bedrock exclusive?

Bedrock is limited and can't support such effects. Vibrant visuals is just a configurable shader, it doesn't allow you to write custom openGL or vulkan code.

This... is how the clouds SHOULD look... The current clouds are far too simplistic even for Minecraft's art style!! It made sense to me back then, but today? just another example of how lackluster Minecraft has progressed 2 me

Nop, I have nothing against AI, but I'm making the shader with my own skills as I'm also using this opportunity to learn more about GLSL. I also have a partner teaching me and helping with some of it but most of the work is hand made.
