This made me laugh out loud. Perfect delivery and comic timing.

Comic?

I just say “<->” it’s much easier.

To each their own.

Liam this is cruel, presumably your students are being roasted for this

“If-uff-uff, that’s what phosphorous is saying” is really one of the funniest things auto-captions could have done

FYI in the States we pronounce it "Cthulhu."

Ifofinho, iff you speak portuguese

What I hate the most about this is not how you say to pronounce it, but because I'm American and you're British, your accent makes me inclined think that you are correct.

accent reveal!

i say "just in case". It's an umbrella term, as in "it's supposed to be sunny but bring an umbrella just in case."

I say “ifffffffff”

This announcement would have changed my college experience significantly.

I’ve just been holding the ‘f’ out for twice as long, thx for the help!

Almost choked with my coffee here.

I thought it was pronounced covfefe! 😉

Does this phosphorus fellow also go to LSE?

NO !

I would prefer if bike (for biconditional) became standard. 'A bike B' whenever A and B share a truth value

We got Black MMA Guru b4 gta6

This is an unusual way of announcing you are the mystery guest speaker for the DNC but I like it

Damn. All my life I've been pronouncing it "Ifanoyyif". I feel like an idiot (or "eeejayyoit" as some philosophers might say).

It’s like covfefe.

Hints of 'The Man With Two Brains' there...

Could you pronounce “(p <-> q) <-> (r <-> s)” please? I’m struggling with that one as a non-native speaker

That seems to be a UK pronunciation. Maybe just English. Maybe just Southern!

Very important information. You’d look like a fool pronouncing it wrong in front of other academics.

This is just flawless really haha

Ivfefe, like covfefe? I assume you also pronounce the extra Ks in AmeriKKKa?

Community 🎶🎶

I always pronounce it if assuming the listener will know from context I mean iff. If they don't they wouldn't benefit from knowing anyway. Students however should always follow your example as they need to show their tutors they know iff is a thing

You really learn something from twitter😧

And silly me was pronouncing iff as "if and only if."

OK I laughed.

😂

It’s actually pronounced like “yiff” from “yiffing” but with a silent y.

I pronounce it "only if and if"
