🗓️ Then vs now. Two months on from me saying I’d do something about my health & fitness. I’m seeing a personal trainer, have a nutrition plan in place, cut my alcohol intake in half and sleeping more. Long way still to go, but the start has been made.

Shouldn't even need to explain yourself, fella. We all eat food and gain weight, then lose weight, then gain it again and lose it again. You do you. Everyone else's opinion is irrelevant as long as you feel happy in yourself

Just listened to the interview with Zoe on my evening run. Really enjoyed it, great work from you & @ChrisReevo . As you said, I like that it differs to what we get elsewhere. For me, that's its charm & something the club, fans of #ncfc & other clubs clearly value. Keep it up 👍
