These factory owners need to be fined heavily like 50% of their profits for hiring illegal foreigners & contributing to high unemployment rate of our People.

This process is so slow though, this needs to be more of a priority, everyday inspections need to happening. Tip lines need to be advertised, incentives for snitching need to implemented and a bigger workforce dedicated to this is needed urgently.
