What about labor?!?! The biggest pushback we get on timber framing is "my labor tho!" Yes, timber framing takes time. Yes, it takes a little more skill than stick framing. (This feels unfair to say because there are some spectacular modern carpenters out there, but. But your basic build quality is fairly low, on average.) However, it is completely possible to slowly build your own timber frame over time in a way that simply isn't possible with a stick frame build that's sitting out in the weather. A friend is about to raise his 12x16 timber frame cabin (it will be used as a workshop) after working nights and weekends for a year+ That time would have passed, anyway. Last I checked, Netflix doesn't pay you to watch it. If you're doing timber framing for yourself on your own time, why worry about the "labor cost?" It's the little things that make me excited about the future. Many people are (rightfully) worried that AI and robotics will take their jobs. Yes, it's about money they need to live on, and solutions are needed. At the same time, it's often work that's strenuous and tedious. So we can be glad when robots take these tasks off our hands. Furthermore, robots don't need breaks, vacations, or sleep. They can be scaled quickly and are efficient. Globalization, and humanity as a whole, can therefore benefit massively from this increase in efficiency.

As a mature adult, we should make a decision when we face two or more options. Before we make decision, we can spend some time to question it and do a lot of research. But after we make decision, we must try our best to work on our goal and contribute to it. If we feel it is not going as we expected or we don't want to study how to improve it. We can make a decision to stop it instead of complaining. Because complaining cannot resolve anything. It will bring a lot of negative energy in our body. If we spread our complaint to the community or to put family or our colleagues , we can only let them feel we are very weak who always need attention and we are not a good person to cooperate or get along. When we in Pi Network, complaint cannot help but probably bring bad luck. If we don't like it, we have an option to quit it. But if we don't want to quit we should study and catch up! Community don't need a negative voice. Community need pioneers who knows what is appreciation and actively participate to empower Pi Network! Look at the following four videos. We just launched our biggest creator partnership to date. We're excited about it. It's done really well so far. A few of our big bets for this year and beyond are: - creator obsession - partnerships - In real life community activations - sampling - overall brand building Something that is definitely newer to us, and we're definitely late getting into, but the best place to start is today. We launched a product with a well-known creator last week. That has gone really well and will unfortunately be out of stock on a bunch of shades soon. We did an in-person event with her at, 8 months pregnant today at one of our stores. It was our first time ever hanging blister packs to sample. We had a bunch of blister packs and a bunch of agile trucks, plus some other out-of-home. It's all a big content play, but also building community and introing people to the brand and getting samples in as many people's hands as possible. We just bought a rivian and wrapped it for sampling events. Hoping to give away 7 figures in samples this year and next. We started with 1 but I’m gonna pull the trigger on a few more once we see signs of traction. We’re opening 12 stores this year and doubling down on IRL, community, and sampling. We have another brand partnership in a few weeks with a big IRL component as well. Excited to learn new things and keep pushing into building a brand, community, and meeting people IRL.

Have you ever looked at your paycheck, looked at your bills, and wondered where all the money went? There's something a lot of people don't talk about enough when it comes to being a man in today's world. For many men, there's still a strong desire to be able to provide, build a stable household, take care of the people they love, and have something left over at the end of the month. The problem is that doing that can feel harder and harder when the basic cost of living keeps eating up more of every paycheck. Rent or a mortgage, groceries, insurance, utilities, gas, car payments, repairs, medical expenses, and everything else can add up incredibly quickly. Even a man who works hard and tries to be responsible can sometimes feel like he is running just to stay in the same place. Then there are the unexpected expenses that always seem to show up at what feels like the worst possible time. That creates a lot of pressure. A man may feel like he is supposed to have everything figured out, even when he's dealing with the same rising costs and financial uncertainty as everyone else. He might not want to complain about it because he feels like he is supposed to simply handle it. But struggling financially does not automatically mean someone is lazy, irresponsible, or not trying hard enough. At the same time, there is something admirable about a man who keeps working toward a better situation instead of giving up. Maybe that means learning a new skill, taking on extra work, starting a business, cutting unnecessary expenses, or simply being patient while trying to get ahead. It may take longer than expected, and sometimes progress can be painfully slow. It's also important to remember that a man's worth should not be measured by the size of his paycheck. Providing for family is important of course, but being a good husband, father, friend, neighbor, and member of a community matters too. In a world where so many people are quietly struggling to keep up, maybe we should ask ourselves whether we are expecting ordinary working people to accomplish the extraordinary just to afford an ordinary life.

There is nothing more valuable than your time. And yet it is time that most goes to waste. Money can’t give you more time. But money can get you the time of others. And that time is worth much much more than most folks are being compensated in exchange for it. You can’t get that time back. The majority believing there is little value for their time is part of how those who do assign high value to their own time keep their control. Time is a real resource. Money is a social construct.
