They did multiple takes for the video, but they were also recording the raw vocals. They’re singing live into a DAW, and you can see they’re wearing IEMs to hear their monitor mix. After recording, the vocal tracks would be cleaned and processed: EQ, compression, de-essing, timing cleanup, balancing each singer, panning, ambience/reverb, etc. Then the instrumental tracks are mixed with those recorded live vocals and mastered for the final video. So yes, the vocals are live, but the final audio is professionally mixed and processed.
