Lorna Slater claiming our "hands are tied" on drug deaths because drug laws are reserved is an outright lie. England and Wales operate under the exact same Misuse of Drugs Act 1971, yet Scotland's mortality rate is 2.4 times higher. Why? Because healthcare, rehab beds, and addiction treatment are 100% devolved to Holyrood. You don't need constitutional powers to stop cutting local rehab funding. Embarrassing.
