@Kerrytara Ireland needs Citizens Referendum returned to our constitution. Switzerland is using this power to have a referendum this month to cap the population of Switzerland at 10 million to control immigration. We need this power now or Ireland our home is lost .

He is absolutely correct. The older we get the more we focus on the next generations to come, our children and grandchildren. The young don’t understand the past so they have no comparison. Never to late to take a stand.

He’s right, I have sat in the boardrooms with execs and CEOs and they’re all motivated by greed, they spend little or no time with their families , the know the price of everything and the value of nothing, a walk along a country road with my family is wonderful enough for me.

John Waters is a National treasure, but contemplative commentary & analysis alone wont save us, people need goal focused direction. Otherwise such poetic insights only serve as a Eulogy for our people rather than an inspiration for our resurrection.

Remove pensions from all government positions, then maybe those who work for government will be there, at least some of them, for the service of their community, not just to take care of themselves, and only themselves, up to the point of death, leaving nothing for their kids.

Met a man the other day in his late 80s planting a literal forest of trees he would never see them grown. I asked him why, he'd never see them grow beyond a few feet at most. His response was that was the wrong question. He had lots of grand kids.
