I’ve sat at the edge of a lake watching a storm roll in from the west and lightning so bright it seemed as if it would strike me. Rolling thunder echoing over the waves, soft humid summer air with the sent of ozone in the atmosphere.

The best Eileen. I used to live on a lake and my blue heeler Daisy used to just love to sit in the field watching the birds fly over the lake with the breeze running over her. This reminds me of that. ❤️
