That the first thing to do when they made a wrong choice is to just simply acknowledge their mistake, apologize and say they'll do better next time. Can one person change the culture of an organization? Yes. We all know that can definitely happen in a negative way. One person can shift the energy of a room, school, or an organization, to make it worse than what it was before. The opposite can be true as well. I saw individuals shift the culture of entire rooms in moments by bringing their energy and people fed off their enthusiasm, and the dynamic of the culture changed in moments. We often discuss culture like it’s someone else’s responsibility but culture is made up of people. And eventually that one person who can bring a positive light to an organization can diminish their own. No matter how optimistic, joyful and passionate a person can be, never assume they are “good.” Check in on people even when they seem like they don’t need it, because often they do. One person can move the culture ahead in a positive direction, but that individual might also need your energy to keep them going. Education is about elevation and whether you are positive or negative, it is contagious? Which one will you be?

Democrats can go on. Joe Rogan, Democrats can go on Fox News. We are protesting the way in which the deportation was done—sending them in a military aircraft and that too in handcuffs is an insult to India; it's an insult to the dignity of Indians. Not long ago, Columbia refused to accept people in these circumstances and officially protested when they were sent in handcuffs. They had demanded that the people be sent in civilian aircrafts and only then they'll accept them. And I think we have to do the same. They have every legal right to deport people who are illegally in their country, and if they are proven to be Indians, then we have an obligation to receive them. But not in this manner. The govt should take action so that such a thing is not repeated and demand an explanation for this atrocious behaviour. : Shashi Tharoor ji

We need to keep in mind that these are shit people and that even on the rare occasions when they might be right about something, they are fundamentally wrong about everything. And they most certainly do not believe that we are a nation who ought to be free to make our own choices, that we are instead just a colony of people with some resources that they wish to drain dry. Their view of us, their derision toward us is manifest in all of these communications. So don't dismiss it.

Good or bad choices. To learn how to sacrifice and more. For there are no points or virtues in doing nothing and being unactive... just laziness and personal lust... which can be very harmful. Because men with bad values... even just one... can make the whole world bleed. And we see a lot of that every day in the real world. We need more Uncle Phils... not Andrew Tates or Logan Pauls.
