🚨 MAN TRASHES DUBAI AS “ONE OF THE WORST CITIES IN THE WORLD” — RANT VIDEO GOES VIRAL “Dubai is a fake ass, evil ass city.” One man turned on the camera and absolutely unloaded. In the clip he claims: • Dubai is a slave city • workers get their passports taken so they can’t leave • the city has “no culture” and empty streets • everything is a playground for rich people • the people who work there don’t even live in the city • women shouldn’t trust invitations to rich-guy parties The rant is blowing up and the comments are already a war zone. Is Dubai actually amazing… or one giant fake city?

ELON: THE POINT IS NOT JUST TO GO TO MARS, IT'S BUILDING A CITY THERE "I would like to go to Mars, that's nice to have, but what is important is that we establish a self-sustaining city on Mars. This is important for the long-term future of humanity or consciousness as we know it. So, it's less about a few people to Mars, but more about creating a self-sustaining city on Mars and humanity becoming a space-faring civilization, which I think is incredibly inspiring for the future." Can GIFT City become India’s answer to Dubai, Singapore, Hong Kong, London or New York? A little over a decade ago, much of where GIFT City now stands was barren, riverine land. Today, it is India’s big attempt to build a global financial hub. For this week’s Walk The Talk, I spoke to the regulator, the people building the ecosystem, bankers and money managers about what’s working, what isn’t — and what GIFT City still needs to do to compete with the world’s leading financial centres.
