Somewhere an evil genius has solved the batter equation for this being deep fried.

I've had a deep fried cheeseburger (supper) in Paisley before. Burger, cheese, onions, tomato, in a roll, whole thing battered and deep fried.

Ma doc wance asked me, familiar as she is, "dae ye even eat a vegetable ya cnt".. To which I replied "ah'll hae ye know I eat salad at least once a week, legumes at least another day, sure its spring rolls and bahjis, and tomatoes 3 to 4 days a week known as ketchup".

It's a Wigan Kebab.

To make it healthy I'd just butter one half 😇
