This frees the slider to be pushed by a spring until the detonator lines up with the firing pin. On impact with the ground inertia drives the firing pin into the detonator, initiating the explosive train. If the slider is projecting out the side, the submunition is armed. 2/2

Ukraine intercepted video from a Russian FPV armed with an RPG-26 shaped-charge rocket. A number of rocket launchers have been seen in tests, but this is apparently a combat mission. The rocket motor burns out completely within the barrel, so the FPV isn’t exposed to exhaust.
