A Russian disinformation operation has created over 300 fake videos impersonating more than 50 major news organisations this year. Ahead of the US election, the operation is attempting to sow division, claim the vote will be rigged and depict the US as a country near collapse.

Russia don’t need to depict a country close to collapse with fake videos. There’s enough genuine evidence to suggest that and any country refusing to require paper ballots and voter ID is obviously rigging its elections

The worst part of it is that Elon Musk knows this is happening and he's probably laughing maniacally to himself in his play pen.
