This is what happens when NATO refuses to establish a clear military red line. Letting missiles fly 100 kilometers into a member state's territory without immediate interception is not caution, it is an invitation for more aggression. Deterrence only works when you actually show teeth.
You could simply say Poland failed to intercept a Russian Missile Well they are indeed testing the fences and if this has a tactical nuke then the result would be problematic

jokes aside, the only effective way to avoid such hits from ruzzia is 1) to shoot them down over Ukraine when they fly close to the UA-PL border and 2) give Ukraine enough air-to-air and ballistic missiles to strike ruzzia with deep strikes.
Poland simply must start shooting down missiles over Ukrainian territory. A wait-and-see approach is despicable and cowardly and could result in casualties in Poland itself.
A collateral damage
A missile entering Polish airspace would significantly raise regional security concerns.
Poland boasts outstanding statesmen these days—take, for instance, the Speaker of the Sejm, Mr. Włodzimierz Czarzasty. When a journalist asked why Polish air defenses hadn't shot down the missile that landed in a field near the village of Tarnawa, Lublin Province ?... Mr. Czarzasty gave a brilliant reply: "If that missile had been shot down, it would have fallen anyway." A tactical answer, indeed—after all, by saving one extra Polish anti-missile round instead of using it, one can support Ukraine in its future victory.

There is no reason to believe that Poland was the target, but two of these objects violated Polish airspace.
