If Africans don’t have it in them to fight militaristically (to get free) then they need to renegotiate the terms. Also, too many Europeans, especially in the U.S., believe European supremacy excludes exploitation of others. True supremacy would be self dependence (doing things on your own). Europeans have the skill and Africans have the resources. The exchange should be even: 50/50. Obviously both are dependent on one another. Africans generally need to become just as greedy for knowledge and skill as Europeans generally are for material resources.
