Putin said that plans are in place for the TurkStream and Blue Stream gas pipelines in the Black Sea to be destroyed by Ukraine. He says this because it terrifies him because it will cripple the last of Russian gas exports. He says this because he thinks that people give a fuck if we collapse the Russian economy.
