🔥 Explosion at a key power plant near Moscow During the night, Ukrainian drones attacked the Shatura GRES in the Moscow region — one of the oldest power plants in the country. Preliminary reports say the plant’s power output unit is on fire. The Mayor of Moscow claimed that “two UAVs were shot down”, but residents of Shatura heard explosions and saw a glow over the station. Footage of the fire suggests the damage is significant. Local authorities remain silent. The Shatura GRES has a capacity of about 1500 MW. It supplies electricity to part of the Moscow region.
