The amount of information you have to ignore to think this is some big gotcha. The WNBA doesn't have to let anyone try out. And if they do want to make a statement on who is allowed to play they can ban men and include trans women who meet certain criteria like every other inclusive league does. The very fact that these guys have to create their own examples is the opposite of a gotcha, it's a self own
