A second note claiming to be from Savannah Guthrie's captors was sent to Tucson TV station KOLD yesterday. TMZ received the first ransom note earlier this week, and their Harvey Levin says based on his reading, they're Tucson locals. Watch more on YouTube:

A new note sent to TMZ allegedly claims to know the identities of two kidnappers linked to Nancy Guthrie's disappearance. TMZ says it received the email from someone claiming to have video proof of at least one kidnapper with Guthrie, offering that up in exchange for one bitcoin. Harvey Levin said TMZ is continuing to work with the FBI after receiving the initial ransom note.
