Parliamentary oversight depends on ministers and deputy ministers asking tough questions about procurement. If Whitfield's removal relates to Lottery tender scrutiny, it undermines the entire accountability framework.

@CyrilRamaphosa @PresidencyZA must start with that academic delinquent HEI minister. He must appoint someone like Mamokgethi Phakeng or someone who understand Higher Education and can take SA forward.
