Caedrel on Doran: Doran is the shield of T1. He will just defend you. And you might look at the shield and be like "Why is this thing got so many scratches and holes in it? Is it really a good shield?" Yes. A good shield is a used shield. That's Doran.

the Riskrunner sword is nuts. It's not just AOE lightning on heavy hit which gives you the arc shield. Just moving around when you have the shield still shocks. You can even miss the heavy and the shield/shock still proc I like the Lightweight one bc speed and heavy cost

A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms sent me an actual knight’s shield. This is insane!! From now forward, I am to be referred to only as Ser Bran of Davistree.

This might be one of the worst experiences I’ve ever seen in GBL playing on the new system. Beak Blast not only goes through the shield, but KOs TWO Pokémon with it and it still consumes the shield. How was this rolled out in this state?? How is it still *this* awful?

ilya’s dissociation is such a loud silence. he uses the chaos of his lifestyle as a shield, but that shield shatters in front of his father. when physical escape isn't an option, his mind creates a door and locks it from the inside. jacob captured that perfectly.

The abuse and murder of Preston Davey is nauseating. Those responsible are vile beyond words. This horror must not be weaponised against gay parents: the vast majority are loving and caring. The issue is how middle-class ‘respectability’ can shield abusers from scrutiny.

INVISIBLE WOMAN CAN STILL BLOCK ULTS 🗣️ There's a viral video telling people that she can't block ults anymore 😭 Those clips are fake and I can prove that her shield still works 100% the same! the clips are faked by them standing in front of her shield and retracting them.

Meru MPs threatening to leave government if the court rules in the favor of Governor Kawira Mwangaza is a real testimony of the executive’s attempts to interfere with the judicial processes. Kenyans must draw the lines on how much they can take. ‘’Justice must be our shield and defender!’’

Marco Rubio: I’m very pleased to hear the announcement that Peru will be joining the Shield of the Americas. It is a shield against these threats to the sovereignty of these independent nations. It is a shield against these transnational criminal groups that, in many cases, have more money and better military equipment than the state. That is unacceptable, and the only way to defeat it is to confront it forcefully.

“The heat shield has to work.” NASA Administrator Jared Isaacman warns there is no backup plan for the reentry of Artemis II. The mission relies on a single heat shield, which he acknowledges has limitations. In the 1960s, NASA had plenty of backup hardware. But that’s not true today. So the heat shield has to work.

Never forget: In 2010, Israel killed 10 unarmed aid workers on a Gaza flotilla—all Turkish. Some were shot execution-style. Footage smuggled out exposed the truth. Today’s flotilla is days from Gaza. Their only shield is visibility. An attack would be a war crime—delivering aid is legal, stopping it is not. All eyes on the flotilla.
