#WATCH | Delhi: The Special Task Force (STF) of the South-East District Delhi Police arrested notorious criminal Mohammad Salim, alias "Ganja," after an encounter. He was involved in over 75 criminal cases, including murder, attempted murder, theft/burglary, and was wanted in over 20 other cases. The accused is an active member of the Nasir and Danish Pehlwan gang. The injured accused was immediately admitted to a nearby hospital for treatment, where he is currently undergoing treatment. I divided my speech in Parliament into six parts. First, Crime in Delhi: Two days ago, an elderly couple was murdered in Delhi’s Kohat Enclave, and 2-3 days before that, a businessman was robbed of Rs 80 lakh in Chandni Chowk. Delhi Police comes under the Union Home Minister. The central government spends Rs 11,000 to 12,000 crore on Delhi Police. Yet, Delhi remains the crime capital. I have NCRB data: The rate of crimes against women in the country is 66.4%, whereas in Delhi it is 144%. Delhi ranks number 1 in the country. The rate of crimes against children is 36% nationwide, and 134% in Delhi — again, Delhi ranks number 1. For crimes against the elderly, the national rate is 7.5%, and in Delhi, it is 114%. Delhi is once again number 1. Pending cases of crimes against women: Mumbai: 31,000 Kolkata: 15,000 Bengaluru: 18,000 Hyderabad: 10,000 Delhi: 77,000 According to NCRB data, 29,000 cases were pending in 2016, which have now increased to 77,000. Pending cases of crimes against children: Mumbai: 10,000 Kolkata: 3,000 Bengaluru: 3,000 Hyderabad: 1,600 Delhi: 19,000 My request is that the central and Delhi governments must work together on clearing these pending cases.

The justice system in India has become essentially communal . Muslim accused of any crime are met with harshest of punishments- encounters, mass arrests & bulldozers while hindu accused of even heinous crimes are not touched. A man accused of inciting Delhi Riots where more than 53 people , mostly Muslims were killed in now the Law Minister, a hindu saint who gives blasphemous remarks almost everyday enjoys full police protection while many other who call for Muslim genocide are part of cabinet and legislatures. This is failure of the spirit of the Indian Constitution, failure of defining of a neutral state and failure of words like secularism, fraternity and equality.

A Fox News Exclusive Investigation: I filed an open records request to find out how many inmates with ICE detainers accused of the most violent crimes were being housed in our Texas jails. In Houston where VP Kamala Harris just held her rally, we found 1 in every 10 inmates had an ICE hold. 43% of the cases with ICE holds involve violent crimes, as classified by the FBI. Among these cases, we identified 75 murder cases, of which 22 are capital murder clases. The Crime Branch of Delhi Police has busted an illegal LPG racket in the Sangam Vihar area, recovering a total of 183 Indane gas cylinders from delivery agents’ godowns. Out of these, 154 cylinders were filled and 29 were empty. According to the police, four accused—Sher Singh, Suraj Parihar, Raghu Raj Singh, and Jitender Sharma—have been apprehended. All the accused are registered delivery personnel of an authorized gas agency and were involved in illegal storage and refilling of LPG cylinders under the guise of distribution. Investigation revealed that after collecting cylinders from the agency, the accused did not deliver them to customers but instead stored them in rented godowns A case has been registered under the Essential Commodities Act and relevant sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS). Which, in turn, was sponsored by the American and British intelligence organizations. They were accused of murdering by mistreatment two former Soviet leaders, A. S, Shcherbakov, who died in May 1945, and A. A. Zhdanov, who died in August 1948.
