A fatal road accident claimed the lives of a man and a woman and left another person seriously injured at about 11:30 p.m. on Sunday, May 31, 2026, at Michel Camp in the Greater Accra Region. According to an eyewitness, both vehicles were traveling at high speed when one driver attempted to overtake the other, resulting in a serious collision. The woman, who was in the mangled vehicle, was thrown out upon impact and died at the scene, while the man in the same vehicle became trapped in the wreckage and later died. The occupant of the overturned vehicle sustained serious injuries.

A truck got stuck on the railroad crossing at County Road 11 at F in Fulton County and the witness behind the wheel caught the whole thing on camera - the driver was not in the cab when it happened and is confirmed safe, but that truck was not moving and the result was exactly what you would expect. This has been happening way too frequently across the country lately and people need to understand that railroad crossings are not a gamble you want to take with a heavy rig. CDL drivers are trained specifically on how to navigate crossings and when a commercial truck gets stuck on the tracks it can cost that driver their entire career - a railroad crossing incident is one of the fastest ways to lose your CDL and your livelihood in one moment. Never stop on the tracks, never assume you have enough clearance, and if you get stuck get out and get away from that vehicle immediately because a train will not stop in time. Details Shared by Aditya Singh Location: Meerut NH-58, near Modipuram RRTS Station. wrong-side Honda Amaze driver intentionally attempted to hit my car, possibly due to ego. I had already left ample space and was changing lanes smoothly, exactly like the Thar ahead of me. The driver did not behave this way with the Thar, but seeing my hatchback, he suddenly took a very sharp turn into my lane, despite having nearly 4 feet of free space on the side. I had actually begun changing lanes to give him way, yet he aggressively cut in front of my car at speed. I swerved right at the last moment and managed to save myself. Any other driver could have panicked in this situation especially with a wrong-side vehicle approaching at high speed and could have easily crashed into the road divider on the right. Despite having only 2–3 months of driving experience (around 3,000 km), I remained calm and avoided a serious accident. Unfortunately, my Qubo Pro X dashcam could not capture the car’s registration number, possibly due to the driver’s illegal high-intensity white headlights. This incident clearly deserves a challan for wrong-side driving at speed and for deliberately endangering another road user.

The incident occurred around 6:00 pm when the bus, travelling from Shivaji Maharaj Chowk towards Indian Oil Chowk, allegedly rammed into a woman and her two children — one girl and one boy — who were accompanying her. A student died on the spot and three others were seriously injured after a car, reversing recklessly at high speed, rammed into them. The girls were on their way home from college. The accident happened right in front of Chetana Hospital in Sindhanur. Five students from AVS Brilliant College, all in their second year of PUC, were walking down the road after classes. At that moment, the driver of a parked Mahindra Thar suddenly reversed the car at full speed. He lost control and ploughed straight into the group of students. In this horrific accident, Bhoomika (17), a resident of Jawalgera village, died on the spot from heavy bleeding. Three other students—Meghana (17), Maheshwari (17), and Zaheeda (17)—suffered serious injuries. They were immediately rushed to a nearby private hospital for treatment. This gentleman was using the restroom at the rest area and came out to find out his semi was struck by another truck driver. The other driver starts yelling at him about how he was parked despite being the one who hit the other semi truck. The gentleman wanted to call the police and the other truck driver refused, claiming that it was a waste of time. I’m not even sure if the truck driver understands what he even did, but to avoid further escalation, would you just call the cops at this point even though you may have no damages?

An American Airlines pilot says he was forced to "slam on the brakes" after spotting a truck that went "right in front of us" as the jet headed toward the taxiway at Charlotte Douglas International Airport on Wednesday morning. On December 7, 2025, at approximately 2:45 a.m., a tragic intersection collision on Columbus’ west side occurred. Columbus Division of Police Officer Kaitlin Robinson was responding to an urgent domestic burglary in progress. A 911 caller reported that her adult son was aggressively attempting to force entry into her home by banging on the doors and windows. Due to the high-stakes threat of violence, Officer Robinson was traveling eastbound on West Broad Street at a high rate of speed with emergency lights and sirens fully activated. As Officer Robinson approached the intersection at North Central Avenue, she faced a red traffic light. Simultaneously, a white Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck, driven by 30-year-old Corey Tinnes, entered the intersection on a green light to make a left turn. The cruiser entered the intersection and collided with the driver's side of the pickup truck. The driver of the pick up wasCorey Tinnes. Not shown in the video he did sustain catastrophic injuries from the impact. He was taken to the hospital and unfortunately succumbed to his injuries. This is a serious flaw showing up in the Thar Roxx. It feels like those two years of testing were more of a Ladakh excursion for the testers than an actual assessment of the vehicle’s durability. How can you justify this in a vehicle priced at 25 lakhs? It’s surprising that after just two days on the road, drivers are identifying issues that Mahindra didn’t catch in two years.
