Selling alcohol without a liquor license is an offense, confiscating alcohol & issuing a fine is the necessary step, uncooperative person preventing police from their duties can be charged for interference, police carry their rifles in everyday duties regardless of the complanit

NEW: Suspect arrested after ramming their Ford Bronco into a golf cart at Deerfield Golf Club in Delaware. A golfer could be seen flying from the cart after it got struck by the Bronco. Delaware police were able to find the suspect and take them into custody. According to a news release, the suspect “made statements which required his transport to a hospital for evaluation” while in custody. The suspect was charged with DUI, reckless endanger first degree creates a substantial risk of de*th to another (felony), fleeing the scene and other charges. It’s unclear what caused the incident.

After he was arrested in Dallas on May 30 for allegedly driving without a valid license, possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of a firearm, a suspect in Texas decided to take the police wheel into his own hands. The incident happened after the suspect secretly removed his left hand from his handcuffs. When officers began driving to jail, the suspect attempted to open the squad car's rear door, prompting the officers to get out of the car, and eventually climbed into the driver’s seat and took off. One of the officers managed to jump into the backseat of the vehicle. That officer then attempted to stop the suspect by tasing him and striking him on the side of the head with his firearm. The suspect opened the driver’s side door and jumped out after driving what police said was a distance of about 1,000 feet. At that point, the police officer was able to regain control of the patrol car, and the suspect was given medical assistance before being taken back into custody, where he faces numerous charges.

Abdulrahman Abohatem, who works at a Detroit gas station, noticed something was wrong when a man walked into the store with a teenage girl and she mouthed what appeared to be “help.” In surveillance footage from the gas station, Abohatem can be seen stepping between the girl and the suspect, separating them, before he and the suspect go outside as police arrive. The teen was abducted from a bus stop on her way to school. Her friends were able to track her location via her phone and notified police. The suspect is still in custody, and charges are pending.
