Got my bill reduced by c.45% (before the coming price increase) by using the links on the @MoneySavingExp website. Funny bit is, when I called my provider to enquire about a new sim card, I was told the offer wasn't valid. I told him its already in my basket and I purchased it😂

It’s absolutely immoral they (and sky etc) can increase the payments midway through a contract. Need stopping immediately. Should be fixed price for term of contract

I think it’s wrong to be able to hike costs during a fixed contract term. I do wish they would address this.

Why are a lot of companies allowed to increase prices by inflation plus three percent and sometimes higher?Was it done because inflation was low and it wasn't such a big rise. They have all jumped on the bandwagon so it's hard to choose.

A lot of these negotiations have to be done by phone call. I wear hearing aids and don't make phone calls because I can't hear the other person. One day, when you run out of other issues and have a bit spare time, I would love it if you could investigate the difficulties 1/2

In October, the EE mobile app updated. So, I was messing around testing each option. "Leave EE" immediately starts the process, rather than loading a website for info. I got a call from retentions, reduce my SIM-only bill from £14 to £6/month plus free EU Roaming. Happy accident!

The mobile rise is bad enough but next month's Virgin media rise (TV, phone and wifi at home) with no right to cancel mid-Contract means we're at their mercy if we're not ooc. I bide my time but my loyalty means nothing to them so they no longer get mine in return.
