If you can play or hire someone who plays multiple musical instruments and understands interpolation and sound design, you can never fall into this trap as a music producer. The sound pack is free royalty, yet he lost $45k back to the original music producer.

“How do we convince conservatives that someone who works at McDonald’s full time should have the same quality of life as someone who works full time at a bank?” Not happening bub. Most people understand that in the real world there are jobs that everyone can do, and there are jobs that select people can do. Skilled workers receive premium pay. Liberals need to quit being lazy and acquire a skill or stfu.

Sarah, who built a $300K/month app in 60 days, says being a woman in tech is actually the unfair advantage... "I don't think most men would have come up with this idea. And so I think that's actually the unfair advantage of being a woman in this space." "There's so many of these problems that we experience as women that we're like, I wish an app existed like this, but a man would never think to build an app like that." "Women are going to dominate this app space and men should prepare for that, because women dominate distribution."

Elite overproduction happens when a society produces too many people who believe they deserve high status. To get there, they often try to align themselves with genuinely marginalized groups in order to unseat the current elites and replace them. A lot of the time, when you hear someone loudly criticizing elites, what you’re really hearing is an audition to join them—an attempt to co-opt the suffering of people who are actually mistreated. Even if someone has never personally experienced hardship, they can point to history or to the struggles of people who share their traits and say: they suffered, I’m like them, therefore you should give me power. That might mean a spot at a university, a job at a prestigious firm, or some other coveted position. What’s interesting is how this shift away from individualism and toward group identity makes it possible for someone who’s only ever known affluence and comfort to be rewarded, so long as they share something in common with a historically marginalized group. Meanwhile, the people who really have been mistreated may get nothing. And yet people seem surprisingly willing to go along with it.

Sounds funny and most people would agree right, but I’d rather die single than be in a relationship with a woman who thinks like this. It would make me die earlier if I stay with someone who believes they’re always right and always have something to complain about.

Sounds like something a democrat in a blue state would pull this! It's ridiculous how some people think they can just mess with someone else’s property!!

happy birthday guy. It's an honor and a pleasure beyond your wildest imagination, having a friendship and a business relationship with someone like you. I may be one of the few people that makes business and pleasure just like my music. My band members are friends. Just like you and I you could be in my band if you would learn how to play a damn instrument.😂 but seriously, you're the best business partner there is #happybirthday #guyfieri #aquarius triple no less!

Cheney: I don't care if you are a Democrat or a Republican or an Independent, that is depravity, and we must never become numb to it. Any person who would do these things can never be trusted with power again.

ELON: MOST CEOS ARE BEHAVING LIKE NPCS “Most people in the corporate world are really trying to conform to some behavioral thing that makes them seem like an android or drone. Or like some NPC in a video game with a limited dialogue tree, with 6 options. It seems like most corporate CEOs behave like that. I'm like, are you even real? How do we know you're not an NPC [non-playable character]?” Source: Full Send Podcast, August 2022

Sometimes the smallest answers say the most. When Biggie asked Goddessa in her diary session what she misses most in the outside world after 3 weeks in the house, she didn’t say fame or freedom or even the outside world. She said her music. Her family. Her friends. That’s it. The music she makes when no one is watching. The people who knew her before any of this. The friends she can just sit with and not have to explain herself to. For all the noise, the emotions, the strong personality we see every day, there’s still a girl in that house who just wants something familiar. Someone who wants to hear a voice she already knows. Someone who wants to make music again. Someone who wants to laugh with the people who get her without trying. She is still that girl. Who wrote today's #Emmerdale because I'd like a word! You don't even know your own soap anymore! Vanessa would never speak about Charity's past as coldly as this bitch is saying. Ness was such a massive part in that story and Charity getting the courage to report Bails in the first place. I will never believe someone like Vanessa would speak about Charity like that no matter what has happened between them.

🐱 i think the most important thing for someone who does popular music is sincerity. i don't really like the scenes that are shown a lot in media where singer-songwriters or composers suddenly get an inspiration at a certain moment and start writing, because ++
