We can't even track the youngsters that leave Ghana to play abroad but you want to monitor youth born overseas ? Ghana always skipping steps in Development

@1GadaGh You people are the ones closest to @kurtokraku and the @ghanafaofficial so talk to them directly. This is not the first time anyone is saying this. As to whether they will actually listen and do it is a different ball game all together

I think we tried to that with players like lewelling, koningsdofer, odoi, and co but the players themselves decline to come. For me it think the current black stars is not attractive like it used to be thats why there declining to come. The gfa should put personal interest aside.

The only system Ghana understands better is "Aben wo ha". To make proper investments paa de3 lie lie. Imagine Frimpong, Mainoo, Doku........etc

Very true. There are at least 5 “Ghanaian” teenagers at Chelsea alone who have made their senior debut. I don’t see the FA making any major moves to get them.

👏🏾👏🏾

The fact that we used to do this with the Appiah squad but now we seem to have lost our way. So sad

Other having a clear plan but we are still pushing for Gyan and dede to go to world Cup 🤣🤣

Micheal, Clifford Aboagye was not given the chance and was shocking, appeared and disappeared. Heaven should have been scouted before his move to United same Mainoo in the academy level. The U 19 scout of Ghana should sit up

Let’s not forget your team need to be attractive to lure them.

This is so critical. Time and time again, we go for players who are already established and at the top of their game, and we want them to drop everything and join us. I hope we learn from this

You right Gfa will listen to folks like you more than somebody like me coach otoo Addo has access to data that can allow him to track up and Ghanaian talent all over the world

To some extent, I agree with you. What you’ve outlined is essentially a diagnosis of Africa’s failure to develop its own potential. Do we really want to rely on the West after they have heavily invested in a player, only for us to then claim him? We must fix our issues at home.

The Ghana FA knows exactly what needs to be done, but they will not do because it doesn’t serve their interests. Later, they return to claim the players snubbed Ghana and some fans buy into that narrative.
