I once dated a girl back in 2010 who went to Monmouth College, a small liberal arts school out in Podunk Illinois. Not a particularly notable school by any measure. But when I visited, I recall there being a TON of Indians and Nepalis. At a rando liberal arts school, notable for nothing in particular, in the middle of nowhere. In retrospect, its clear this has been some moneymaking scheme all along. Im sure Monmouth made some kind of federal money hand over fist from these foreign students.
