How is it still a rollup if the security isn't from the L1? If I interpret correctly, staked rollups provide instant finality through its own validator set and the transactions that have attained finality are irreversible. In this case, what's the recourse when the validator set conspires to be malicious? Is there a mechanism on the L1 with a challenge window to dispute malicious transactions? If yes, how's that instant finality? (my bad if the assumptions are wrong, can't find much info about it in the Movement docs.)
