The snow leopard (Panthera uncia) is a feline of the genus Panthera that inhabits the high altitudes of central Asia. Despite the name, it is a different species from the leopard (Panthera pardus). It is mainly distributed across Tibet, Nepal, India, Pakistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Bhutan and western China . Little is known about this animal, which is aloof and solitary, being rarely seen by humans. Because of this, the natives of the region call it the "ghost cat".

Snow leopard needs to eat. This is probably a normal thing for it too with how they are built to survive falls. Due to their flexible spine to adjust mid-air, crazy strong legs, and fur for warmth / a cushioned impact, I doubt this fall did much to it.
