A Sobering Warning for the Unrepentant Christian

My God, please weigh my heart heavy when I sin. Thank you for your conviction, thank you for weighing down on my soul the weight of my convictions when I sin against you. Oh Lord, never let me normalize sin, let me be hurt, repentant, and shamed of my sin always Father please I beg of thee.

Please pray for me. I need help getting back my relationship with the Lord. I fallen from him and I don’t know how to get back.

I remember my pastor giving a similar sermon and when you mentioned that Jesus would say “I never knew you” it really sparked something in me to actually try to build a relationship with Jesus and not just do the motions of works.
