You could do this 100 times and MAYBE 1 person would actually say or do something.

Both the child & the man are dressed similarly with a cap, anyone can be mistaken into believing that they are related and the situation can easily be misconstructed as a young father playfully lifting his child to take him shopping. Maybe put more effort into this "experiment"
