I have a better solution. Stop eating carbs. No rice no pasta no bread no noodles no sugar nothing sweet. No fruits too! No potatoes, no yams. Only meat. I’ve been eating this way for over 2 years, and have not had any ingrown toenails anymore!!

Or you can cut a little V shape out of the middle of the nail and it will grow properly

Not needed, just cut a small v in the top of the nail with toe nail clippers and that will force the nail to fill in the notched out v and tak pressure off the edges

Just wear better shoes (or none at all)

Just let the toenail grow through the skin. Then you won’t have to worry about it again.

I’ve just dug them out before they got real bad. Then…keep up with them and it changes the growth pattern avoiding them. Point being: trim your sh*t.
