Chapter 7 gives the UN General Assembly the right to convene a multinational armed force, which could invade 'Israel' and end the genocide 'Israel' is committing. Yet the UNGA IS NOT USING CHAPTER 7. Instead, it is doing NOTHING to help Palestinians survive the genocide.
