A spinning saddle with a playground ball shows dynamic stabilization: rapid oscillations turn an unstable point into a stable “well.” The same math underpins spin-stabilized fusion concepts and ion traps, where time-varying fields confine what static fields can’t.

Here we go… This is the moment our ST40 centre column is lifted out. A bit like open-heart surgery on a tokamak. It’s a delicate operation, and a huge milestone for ST40. The centre column has had a tough life, acting as the core of the toroidal magnetic field coil in the world’s highest-field spherical tokamak. After more than 5,000 plasma pulses, it has helped generate magnetic fields above 2 Tesla at the plasma core, confining plasma at temperatures of more than 100 million °C, the threshold for #fusion. Next up, we install the new and improved centre column built by our partners at The Rockwood Group. This is all part of ST40’s major upgrade programme with U.S. Department of Energy and Department for Energy Security and Net Zero, helping transform it into one of the most reactor-relevant fusion devices in the world. What began as an experimental tokamak is becoming something much bigger: a customer testbed for the technologies and expertise needed to put #fusionenergy onto the grid⚡ And for anyone wondering what the centre column actually does… 👇 It forms the inner limb of each turn of the toroidal field coil. Its 24 wedges each carry up to 200 kA of current, generating the powerful magnetic fields needed to confine the plasma. Wrapped around the wedges, a 192-turn central solenoid helps drive and sustain the plasma current, after merging-compression start-up. An impressive piece of equipment with an equally impressive track record! #Fusion #FusionEnergy #Innovation

Researchers at Tokamak Energy have captured for the first time a real-time, high-speed video of plasma behaviour inside their ST40 spherical tokamak, tracking visible green and red light emissions as the fusion process occurs. This visual insight comes via a camera operating at thousands of frames per second, offering unprecedented detail of how the plasma evolves, interacts with the surrounding lithium blanket and outer regions, and ultimately radiates energy. The imaging enables scientists to observe how the ultra-hot core transitions outward into cooler zones, how magnetic confinement shapes the plasma behaviour, and how impurities or outer-region interactions influence the process. By giving a ‘star-in-a-donut’ view of fusion in action, this breakthrough adds a new diagnostic tool to the development of fusion energy, helping engineers refine the magnetic confinement, optimise plasma stability and better understand the heat and light flows at play. It was slowed down by 100x. All this was for 0.3s A tokamak is one of the most advanced devices ever created to achieve controlled nuclear fusion, the same process that powers the Sun. Its goal is simple in principle but incredibly challenging in practice: heat a gas until it becomes plasma, raise that plasma to over 100 million degrees, and confine it long enough for hydrogen nuclei to fuse and release energy. Because no material container can survive such temperatures, a tokamak uses powerful magnetic fields to hold and shape the plasma like an invisible cage. The device has a distinctive doughnut-shaped (toroidal) chamber surrounded by magnetic coils. When the machine is switched on, electric currents and external magnets work together to create helical magnetic fields that trap the plasma and keep it away from the walls. As the plasma spirals around these magnetic lines, it heats up dramatically. Additional heating comes from methods like radio-frequency waves and neutral-beam injection, pushing the plasma toward the extreme temperatures needed for fusion. Inside this tightly controlled environment, hydrogen isotopes such as deuterium and tritium can collide and fuse, releasing fast neutrons and a burst of energy. The goal of tokamak research is to reach a point where the fusion reactions produce more energy than the system consumes, a milestone known as “net energy gain.” Modern machines like ITER, JET, and Tokamak Energy’s ST40 are bringing this vision closer, using advanced diagnostics, superconducting magnets, and increasingly stable plasma control. 👉

Justin Fields: Victim of bad spacing “50 yards passing!! Fields is terrible..” “11 passing attempts, what a joke!” “This is year 5, and he still can’t read defenses” “This has to be a bit!” I’m here to tell you with unequivocal evidence, that these are all lies. What if I were to tell you, that despite all of blame, hate, and finger pointing that Justin Fields is actually innocent of all the accusations? If you want the truth, then research what I am saying Tanner Engstrand is the number one issue with the Jets passing offense and you would be a fool to believe a new QB would alleviate the issue. Pull up the All-22!!! THE SPACING IS OUTTA HAND! No Qb can read a defense like this. Players are lost in their routes and where to lineup. Let’s look at Ben Johnson vs Tanner Engstrand. They came from same offense, same team, and worked together for some time. Why are things completely different? Play-calling experience: Engstrand = 0 years Johnson = 3 years NFL experience: Engstrand = 5 years Johnson = 13 years When I look at Ben Johnson’s offense, everything meshes together so well. QB’s drop correlates to his progressions, Qb has multiple open targets per pass play majority of the time, and QB is given proper spacing of WRs to truly read the defensive coverages. When I look at Tanner Engstrand’s film it is literally worst than high school. Multiple WRs running into each other constantly!! Penalty after penalty because players don’t know where to go. I see a coach only passing when it is obvious passing down. I see a coach completely confused, but not blame has been placed on him. So why aren’t people going at the coach? Why is Fields taking all the blame and Engstrand gets none! Aaron Glenn hired a rookie OC that has never called a game in his life. How do you expect a rookie OC to install an offense in the offseason if he has never even called plays before?! Glenn wanted to run the show with no push back from his coaches. So he hired rookie coaches that would do as he says. Run the ball, pass only when needed. Atrocious mindset… Moral of the story: Engstrand only calls a few passing plays to cover his own ass. This offense was not installed properly. To save face, he is allowing Fields to take all the hits as he sits back and hopes the Jets give him another year with another QB. If Fields had Ben Johnson as a coach, he would be a top 10 QB. He is a better runner and down the field thrower than Caleb Williams. Look at the spacing! Look at the route concepts! Look at the talent he has! Look at the protection!!! My God I’m happy for Caleb Williams, but he ain’t playing lights out the way he should be. If Caleb is winning games because of his legs, just imagine what Fields would’ve been doing in that offense… Let the wheat be separated from the tares father God…

Justin Fields: Firstfruits Believers He hasn’t had a winning season in the NFL yet.. His career thus far has been pure adversity Yet he has a large audience of believers. Why so? The skillset, the playmaker ability, the leader, and the person. We have watched Justin Fields grow up from the kid he was on QB1:Beyond the Lights The kid that willed his team to greatness since HS has faced adversity all throughout his football career Even in college, there was adversity before triumph Fans and believers understand that the NFL is a cutthroat business where opportunities come very few It is just a hard pill to swallow to see a talent like Justin Fields fall to inept organizations and coaches But by no means, are we throwing a pity party. But seriously, what has happened to the NFL? The NFL brand used to be all about development. Coaches used to actually invest, coach, develop, and believe in their players But despite the adversity, we believe Fields will find himself in a good situation that suits him With a coach that believes in him A scheme that was built for him A team that has the level of talent needed to win And a front office that truly understands what Fields bring to a team at Qb He is a game changer, not manager. He needs an offense that allows him to have 35-45 passing attempts down the field If Warren Moon NFL career started at 28 years old If Kurt Warner NFL career started at 27 years old Then surely Justin Fields at are 26 has time to prove that he belongs Give him 1 full year with good OL, good WRs, and good coach. He will breakout

I genuinely want an explanation for this. SCAM run by IRCTC For the same train, same class (2AC), and the same date (9th), IRCTC shows a fare of ₹3,780 with a dynamic charge of ₹521. When I move across dates and come back to the exact same journey, the fare drops to around ₹3,505 while the dynamic charge suddenly falls to ₹261. If a seat is sold with a ₹261 dynamic charge, why was a higher dynamic charge being shown moments earlier for the same availability? Dynamic pricing is supposed to reflect demand, not behave like a slot machine. Ye Can Ministry of Railways and IRCTC explain how passengers are expected to trust fare calculations when the same seat appears to attract different dynamic charges within minutes? Passengers deserve transparency, not a pricing black box. And I'm really stunned to see that for the 60-day advance reservation the price is, at one instance, shown without dynamic fare & In the other instance when I switch between previous day and next day, the prices are again inflated. This is absolutely ridiculous. Just before people tell me that I should be checking on the app, the same behavior is on the app as well. I'm saying the same behavior on the desktop website of IRCTC. This is absolutely unacceptable by all means. What on earth are you doing Ashwini Vaishnaw!?? Congress Raghav Chadha please raise these issues in the parliament. Railways is what a common man would just traveling long distances and cheating them like this is unfair!!! Consumer Affairs #IRCTC #Railways #IndianRailways #ConsumerRights

IF YOU SPIN A FEW MIN A DAY YOU REVERSE AGING, RAPIDLY, 1 OF 9999999999 BENEFITS OR CURES HOW TO SPIN: Move from left to right, spinning around and focusing your vision on your left thumb. Then spin from right to left, focus your vision on your right thumb. When you complete spinning, however many times you spin, bring your palms together at chest level. Press them together, keeping your eyes open, and balance yourself with your feet a shoulder's width apart so that you feel anchored and still feel the spinning at the same time. This tremendously accelerates the spinning of the chakra systems inside your body. Many suggest to spin only clockwise but from my experience both directions are necessary! I spin in both directions. I find that I can really stimulate the vestibular system by spinning one way and then suddenly switching to another direction. Its different for everyone but the main goal is to make the fluid in the vestibular system to move in as many different directions as possible. The fluid in the vestibular system has both physical and spiritual qualities. It can be influenced by physical movements and it also can be influence through non physical stimuli like thoughts, emotion, aura fields etc. Eventually you will be able to move the fluid by will. The fluid is what creates the vortex you see. The key to spirituality is the fluid. If you can manage to keep the fluid stimulated and in activity you will be truly spiritual. As a child you had a heightened spirituality! Dont worry, nothing has been lost it’s still all inside you!
