The Arab League won't support this, if they do then what will that say about them. Russia and Iran are likely giving Hamas orders/instructions specifically to this end.

We have no plans for negotiations at the moment & are focused on defense. The MoU is a set of mutual obligations, and in the event of a violation by the other party, we will also refrain from implementing our obligations. This is a principle and the same path will be followed in the future.
