Unpopular opinion but staring into the sunrise and sunset is not bad for your eyes. I used to have terrible eyesight and I needed glasses just to see and correct my eyes but now I have perfect vision and I believe the thing that helped me the most is sun gazing. This means around 10 to 15 minutes before sunset and 10 to 15 minutes after sunrise, looking directly into the sun. The mainstream medical doctors and media will tell you that it's absolutely dangerous, but it has done nothing but good for my eyesight. This is because when you stare at the sun, you are exposing yourself to natural light, which most of us are extremely deficient in. The best thing you could possibly do is also ground as you look into the sunrise or sunset to get all of the benefits from grounding as well. it almost seems like the media was wrong once again.

This is a great example on how different rhythms and vibrations eventually synchronize with each other. Now think of what is happening here on earth on a larger scale with the Schumann resonance and the big spikes of light/energy that are coming down on us. We will all synchronize ourselves according to the light/energy that is coming down and what we are seeing currently is just the chaos from out of the tune noises. Rogin: It looks very likely that we're about to restart bombing of Iran. And there are a lot of reports out there that this is about to happen. And what that means is that all of the problems, not just with the US economy, with the economy of every country in the world, are about to get worse. And it means that the Iran war is going to go much longer than otherwise anticipated. And that is a disaster not just for Americans, but for all people. And then if you think about the effects on energy and then manufacturing, and then rates will continue to go up, and then inflation, it's a it's a calamity for the world economy with no strategy whatsoever.

The more I learn about DNA and the inner workings of our cells, the more I’m convinced that there is a Creator/Force/God. You can call it what you want but to think it’s all just “evolution”, the result of natural selection, seems absolutely absurd to me. I am not saying evolution isn’t real but I am saying that our understanding about the nature of our reality and where we come from is sorely lacking. We like to tell ourselves the “we know the truth”, but the correct answer is that we really don’t know at all. Human origins is the mystery of all mysteries and our arrogance instead of reverence for that mystery is a big reason why evil has gained such a foothold in our world in my opinion. What do you think? Evolution explains it or something else is at play? I don’t claim to know the truth but instinctually feel our explanations are fundamentally flawed. Today is a big day for our region and for Europe as a whole. The Baltic states—good friends of Ukraine—have officially disconnected from Russia’s power grid. Their energy systems are now fully synchronized with the continental European network. I congratulate to our friends—Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia—on this achievement. It’s important that Poland is helping, once again proving that cooperation between all of us means independence for each of us. Gitanas Nausėda Edgars Rinkēvičs Alar Karis Andrzej Duda Ukraine already did this back in 2022, and now the Baltic states have finally freed themselves from this dependence. Moscow can no longer use energy as a weapon against them. This also means Europe is now even more united. More cooperation is needed with America—LNG gas, oil. More efforts are needed with partners in regions neighboring the EU to import the necessary energy—the Caucasus, the Middle East, North Africa. The less Europe depends on Russia, the sooner we can guarantee real security for everyone. I am grateful to the European Union for supporting our region and our shared security.

Michael Seibel on how to get and test startup ideas As the former CEO of Y Combinator puts it in the clip below: “There’s a common misconception that your idea has to be great to start a company, and the first thing I want to do is destroy that misconception.” Michael was one of the cofounders of JustinTV, which later become Twitch and sold to Amazon for almost $1B. Their original idea was to create an online reality TV show—very different from where Twitch eventually ended up. Rather than falling for the trap of thinking that your initial startup idea has to be great, Michael advises founders to start with a problem: “Starting with ideas is tricky because people immediately want to grade your idea. It’s a lot easier to start with a problem and think about how you grade a problem.” Ideally the problem you set out to solve is one you've experienced personally or have some sort of connection to. You should ask yourself: “why am I uniquely qualified to work on this problem?” Is there some unique angle or approach you're taking to the problem that you understand but you don't believe others understand? Peter Thiel argues that “great companies have secrets: specific reasons for success that other people don’t see." After identifying a problem, you’ll want to start thinking about your MVP. What's the first solution you're going to build and release to see if you can help your initial users solve this problem? But don’t fall in love with your MVP. As Michael puts it: “A lot of people fall in love with their product and are not in love with their problem or their customer. I advise the opposite. Be in love with your problem. Be in love with your customer. And treat your product in a way that can change, develop, and improve.” And once you have an MVP, you should have a strong opinion about who your initial customer is and handpick all of your initial users. Um, we're not okay. We're not okay. Um, we are emotionally damaged. A lot of people are physically injured. A lot of people have lost their family members. Only 25% of the burn zone has been searched and there's already been 110 deaths and it hasn't been the high impact zone like we're fucked. There's over 1300 people without a roof over their head right now, me included. I'm lucky enough to have friends but all of us are fucked. They're putting us in 30 day like hotel stays in order to find everybody houses but in a place where it's hard enough to find housing and hard enough to find jobs as it is, now that there is more people looking for jobs and there is less houses available on the island, everybody's fucked. And the thing, the thing for me is that... There is this grand sense of community here, like nothing like I've ever seen before. The gay pride marches, Black Lives Matter protests. I have never seen so many people come together and give up their own beds for people that just lost their house. But that's the problem. It's that nobody else is doing anything. Nobody is helping. It's all kanaka. People that live are the only ones that are helping at all. People that live are the only ones that are helping at all that all of the people on mainland are doing anything wrong. It's not your fault, but the government helping it all. And nobody seems to have any idea what's going on over here. This is the biggest natural disaster. It's caused the most deaths in US history. Like isn't there more fucking going on? Like I've calmed down. How does it feel having to separate your personal from the professional? STORRIE: I think there’s so much energy that is coming at us with the rise of this show, and for me, at least, I think it’s important for me to have a little bit of separation from the character in the show. All I can really say is that I love Ilya, I love the community that this is a part of and that this caters to. I think that’s so much more interesting and valuable than doing just another run-of-the-mill, straight story. Who I date, who I sleep with, who this, that, whatever, I’m gonna keep that to myself.
