🎋MOCOPI vs VIVE TRACKERS🎋 I got a crazy crazy upgrade on full body tracking thanks to the support of my bambuds, so I made a silly dance comparison to compare the tracking between my old FBT and my new one!! ✨ I danced Bibbidiba by Suisei! (ft. bae as my guide lol) I had to use a different model for the Vive comparison because my Toffee model doesn't work well with the trackers! PROS AND CONS 🔽 1. Mocopi is SO MUCH EASIER to set up! It's very very beginner friendly as well and a great asset to get if you're just starting on doing 3D stuff or want to try it out! Vive trackers are lowkey a pain to set up each time! 2. Vive trackers are EXPENSIIIVEEEE!!!!! The tracking is so so so good but only invest in it if you plan to do lots of 3D content! Mocopi is a much affordable option! 3. Related to point 2, but you get what you pay for when it comes to tracking. Vive may be more expensive, but the tracking quality and accuracy makes it worth it. 4. This is only for people that don't have the Valve Headset, but I use a Quest 3 and I have to do EXTRA SETUP to calibrate the trackers with an external program to use in VRChat! (Mocopi also needs an external program (SlimeVR) but it's much easier to set up imo). 5. Since calibration is paired to your headset with the vive trackers, if your headset goes to sleep or something the calibration will be LOST and you will have to recalibrate again which may take 1 to 2 minutes. Mocopi doesn't have this issue and recalibrating is only one button. 6. Mocopi is an IMU so no base stations required but because of this the trackers need to be recalibrated A LOT of times. This may be annoying if you're streaming and you constantly have to press the button to recalibrate. Vive trackers may take longer but you VERY RARELY have to recalibrate if your headset doesn't go to sleep. 7. Vive trackers take a lot of space on your setup. Each tracker needs to be connected to the PC so if you have a lot you may need to buy an USD hub! 8. You need to have a good room space to use vive trackers properly because the base stations need to have a clear view of your trackers or else they can lose tracking! Mocopi is an IMU, so no amount of obstruction will make the trackers lose tracking. 9. The amount of poses and movement that you can do with vive trackers is NIGHT AND DAY compared to the mocopi. A lot of poses or rapid movements will make the mocopis mess up their tracking and you will have to recalibrate. Vive trackers will not need any recalibration. Basically if you're a vtuber that only wants to dabble into 3D content as a fun little thing I think mocopis are very much a good choice! But if you'd like to do 3D stuff that require more intensive tracking like dancing, vive trackers are excellent and very much worth the price!

All right, I got a little bit better idea what they’re doing with the storm in the Gulf now. I’m not sure if they’re gonna change their plan or if they got plans to change it as the night goes on but right now they are currently putting up the block mode just west of New Orleans. They’re actively keeping the two storms separate and I’m not sure if that’s why they’re working so hard to block the east side of the spin from coming to shore, or if they’re trying to save all that moisture, they’ve been building up for whatever target they have planned . But it does look like they are slowing it down and potentially starting to push it towards land slightly.

Here is how Marc could improve the landing page: First, even tho the initial audience was Indie Makers, it's not the one that brings the most $$ (as per Marc). So, we need to make it super clear who is the landing page for. The "problem" is that there are multiple audiences, and we can't niche down the main landing page yet. It means the main landing will be more generalist to appeal to more people, but will be slightly less impactful as a result. The solution for this is to create multiple landing pages for specific audiences with super precise headlines For our general landing page, we want: - What is it - Who is this for - Make it clear what the main benefits are What is it -> Analytics app Who is this for -> Online businesses Main benefit -> Simple to use/setup (no code), accurate revenue tracking, it's modern, unlike what they use at the moment (Google Analytics) Headline: - "Modern analytics for online businesses" (if we position against Google Analytics and other bloated apps) - "Easy analytics for online businesses" 👉 You might want to A/B test them eventually Now, it would be even BETTER if we had data on WHY they want to track revenues (ex: Measure ROI, find opportunities, etc), but for now, we can stay generic and then test different ones later As for the audience-specific landing pages, you can mention the name of the audience directly to make it relevant to them: - The analytics platform for marketplaces - The analytics platform for course creators - etc... Subheadline: - Accurate revenue tracking without a line of code Bullet points (all 3): - Integrates with 50+ platforms - Accurate revenue tracking & funnels - Setup in 5 minutes Call to action: - "Start 14-day trial" implies a payment will be needed, which creates friction at some point - Better have something neutral ("Start For Free", "Get Started Now") or action-focused (in this case "Create your project" or "Setup my website") Then we have the big image section. Right now, it occupies lots of space and provide little value. What would be better here is to either have an interactive embedding or a video showcasing the main features of the app. And in both case, you want to make it smaller, and interactive As for the signup page: Right now it's very austere, and the video on the left side catch the attention more than the form. I showed examples in the video, but you want to have a step by step guided onboarding that doesn't feel like people are creating accounts. No one like creating accounts, it creates additional friction. So I would start by asking the website URL, THEN ask for the email (and no need for email verification, just create the account and log them in automatically). That way you remove friction and then can jump straight to installing the code snippet (which is the point where they start getting value from the product) Obviously there is waaaaaay more things to do, and ultimately, especially since I don't have all the relevant data What I mentioned above are mainly good practices, and you will want to talk with users, A/B test and see what works the best :)

Refresher On The Rules For Discussing Israeli Wars Okay it’s been a few months since the last war Israel started, so now that Iran’s on the chopping block let’s go over the rules once again. Rule 1: Israel is never the aggressor. If Israel attacks someone it’s either a response to an aggression that happened in the past, or a preemptive attack to thwart an imminent aggression in the future. Rule 2: History automatically restarts at the date of the last act of aggression against Israel. If someone attacks Israel it was completely unprovoked, because nothing happened before the attack on Israel. Rule 3: Anything bad that Israel does is justified by Rule 2. This is true even if it does things that would be considered completely unjustifiable if it were done by a nation like Russia or China. Rule 4: Israel has a right to defend itself, but nobody else does. Rule 5: Israel never bombs civilians, it bombs Bad Guys. If shocking numbers of civilians die it’s because they were actually Bad Guys, or because Bad Guys killed them, or because a Bad Guy stood too close to them. If none of those reasons apply then it’s for some other mysterious reason we are still waiting for the IDF to investigate. Rule 6: Criticizing anything Israel does means you hate Jewish people. There is no other possible reason for anyone to oppose acts of mass military slaughter besides a seething, obsessive hatred for a small Abrahamic faith. Rule 7: Nothing Israel does is ever as bad as the hateful criticisms described in Rule 6. Criticisms of Israel’s actions are always worse than Israel’s actions themselves, because those critics hate Jews and wish to commit another Holocaust. Preventing this must consume 100 percent of our political energy and attention. Rule 8: Israelis are only ever the victims and never the victimizers. If Israelis kill Iranians, it’s because the Iranians hate Jews. If Iranians kill Israelis, it’s because the Iranians hate Jews. Israel is an innocent little lamb that just wants to mind its own business in peace.
