A Symphony by Grok 39,480 notes across 13 instruments.

It sounds plain dry no juice.

It's definitely the worst symphony I've ever posted.

You can kind of tell it’s AI in a few places. The way it overstresses a phrase and then fails to convert that into a payoff is a very non-human thing to do. It’s pretty fascinating for an AI composition, but it’s also quite lifeless in ways that are difficult to describe.

Good feedback, plenty of people don't like my original compositions either!

"Can a robot write a symphony? Can a robot turn a canvas into a beautiful master piece?" I guess we know.

This is AWESOME! More, please…. Just stumbled across this. Can’t believe I’ve missed your work. The visualization is so integral to the piece as a whole.

I need more cowbells. 😂😂actually I am very impressed. Well done.

Sounds like a movie soundtrack; not a compliment.

It's definitely the worst symphony I've posted.

Needs more cowbell

*takes notes* yes, I see what you mean

In all seriousness, I'm impressed but its not even mediocre. I guess I'm impressed it can do even that but....idk. Also I'm a Rack III junkie so I want piano.

As a hobby musician for 30 years I promise you I feel the same contradictions. Piano will always be my favorite.

WoW! thanks for sharing, well done! 🩶😎

Enjoyed listening and watching.

I'm glad :)

😍😍😍😍😍

Spectacular

Thanks for listening!

Loved the ending crescendo

@grok you did an amazing job. The music and visuals are beautiful.

@grok To be fair, ChatGPT/Codex did much of the graphics and rendering of Grok's composition. Gemini/Argon did the notes effects. EastWest Opus Hollywood Orchestra for the sounds, and FL Studio for the project structure; it was a collaboration!

@grok Thank you for letting me know. It was a great collaboration, and enjoyable to watch and listen.

The visuals are impressive.

This is fantastic Simon.

Nice job @grok! New skills all the time!

How did you set this up.

Which part?

The instruments

Opus EastWest Hollywood Orchestra VST3

Hooking it up to the play instrument plugin?

Thanks for checking it out!

It was wonderful. Thank you for sharing it.

Phenomenal

It is actually very good

😎

Very creative

Thanks for listening Jaine :)

I bet there is at least one brilliant musician throughout history who could see a pattern like this in their mind, and without even hearing it know it would be a pleasing masterpiece to human ears.

Clever and creative

Oh you need to do more of these!

Stay tuned :)

Wow, that is beautiful! The music and visuals.

Remarkable

Thanks 🙏

Now I'm gonna have to try this.

Try everything! So much to explore right now

That's simply great. Very cool.

Did you use grok imagine songs to make the symphony? Amazing. I lesson to it while driving. I felt like I'm on opera house

Grok composed the notes and the initial binaries to import into FL Studio. Thank you for listening!

@grok what music service can I find this on? Does Apple Music have it? This is very good!

intr

I found it quite enjoyable. Not bach,.but pretty good for a robot

Phenomenal!
