And worse, Albanese has personally benefited from giving $6 million of taxpayers’ money to Marrickville Golf Club, because it’s been revealed that Albanese owns a property in the same street as the golf club. Any real estate agent will confirm that properties near golf courses are more valuable. So no doubt Albanese’s property benefits from being so close to the golf club. And here’s where it becomes interesting: local Greens councillors were planning to redevelop Marrickville golf course, cutting it back from 18 holes to just 9. Locals opposed this plan — arguing that shrinking the course would make the club financially unviable, warning that if the club went out of business, the vacant golf course would inevitably become a target for developers seeking rezoning for future residential high-rises And if this happened, it would have had a detrimental effect on the values of properties nearby the golf course — including Albanese’s. So Albanese may not have been able to enjoy all the $1.6 million capital gain he’s received so far from the increasing value of this property (also driven up in recent years by unprecedented levels of excess migration) in same street as the golf course - if the golf course was replaced by high rise developments. And as Mayor Darcy Byrne has admitted, the $6 million grant has helped secure the long-term future of the golf club — killing off the potential of high rise housing developments replacing the golf course - something from which Albanese has personally financially benefited. Her parents went to an open house an hour from her home and she happened to go along with them. In the dining room was a rabbit in a cage in horrible conditions. It was sitting in its own 💩 and was filthy. When they left, she cried and had to go back for it. Coincidentally, her friend runs a rabbit rescue! They found out later that it was blind, had not been out for 7 years and the owners did not even know that he was a she. This rescue is heartwarming and the rabbit knows she has a new, safe home. 🥰

This woman was going home when she saw a car traveling slowly in the lane in front of her. She decides to pass it and be on her way. When she was close to her home she suddenly became aware that the man she passed was following her. She tried to turn around in a parking lot to head to the police station by her house but due to construction she had to pull into a parking space to turn around. The man tried to block her in, gets out of his car and flashes his drivers license at her as if he was law enforcement. She was able to back out to the left and escape as he punches her window. This man should be charged for what he did but was he also attempting to impersonate an officer by flashing his badge?

Well well well. If this isn’t dodgy I don’t know what is! Looks like Albo has been sticking his hands in the cookie jar. In estimates I found out that what was an initial commitment of $30 million to fund a road on the central coast has been upgraded to $100 million with no actual reason as to why? It turns out this road is the road that leads to Albanese new beach house. Furthermore the NSW Government or the local council didn’t feel the need to contribute an extra cents. Was Albanese using taxpayer dollars to impress his new girlfriend? We know he likes to call his mate Joyce for flight upgrades, so he clearly doesn’t mind milking the system. Not only does this look dodgy, it’s also hypocritical. Albanese jumped up and down when the prior government paid $30 million for a vital piece of land in regards to Western Sydney Airport, yet he is more than happy to splurge more than 3 times that for a road that isn’t even the responsibility of the Federal government. A woman has shared a frightening experience after a stranger allegedly opened the boot of her car while she was dropping off her son at a music class. In a Threads post, she said she felt movement at the back of her car and initially thought it was her son trying to retrieve something from the boot. However, she soon realised it was an unknown man. She said another man quickly intervened, chased the stranger away and closed the boot. After some users questioned why her car was not locked, the woman clarified that it had been locked. She explained that her son had just stepped out of the car, and in the few seconds before she realised what was happening, she mistakenly assumed the movement at the back was him. Describing the incident as a frightening experience, she reminded others to stay alert.
