A teacher doesn't bring a beautiful wheelchair bound student into a Christmas circle in front of parents! Part 1!

The fact that somebody could sit there and film that and not get up and do something about it is more disgusting than the teacher ignoring that precious child. How heartbreaking.

If that was my child, I would have no issue walking up there and moving my daughter to be in between two kids. I wouldn’t have just sat there videoing.

And why didn't the parents stand up? I don't care if that's not even my child, I'd stand up and embarrass ALL of them. The teacher, the parents, the children all need to learn a lesson on compassion.

As a parent my reaction may seem harsh. Had that been my child, this video would have been a LOT shorter. The hurt on that little girls face has me boiling. Burn that teachers world down!!!!!!!

So the parents as a whole didn’t step in and say something? I’m not saying make a scene but some kind of interruption, like hey what’s going on…this isn’t ok!

@NorrisTerrig64 That teacher missed a valuable opportunity to teach the entire class and the parents how to give the student space. I could have done it - not hard at all and the little girl would feel loved and included. Bless the child

Special ed teacher here and that’s horrible. She could’ve let her link hands with the kids , and in case she can’t then kids can hold her wheelchair arm.

Let’s make that horrible teacher famous. You know what to do.

If the parents are there…go get your daughter, leave, and take her to her favorite food joint. Don’t just sit there and let her be subject to this.

I am so upset right now. I teach special needs kids and there is ALWAYS a way to incorporate EVERYONE!!!! I feel horrible for the little girl.

These would be the same teachers that lecture children to be kind and inclusive.

OMG! This stupid thing! She can let her sit in the middle of the circle and other kids sing and walk around her , or let her be part of the circle. But she decided to single her out!

I‘m a teacher myself and it’s so sad to see that. Even if the game includes movement that sweetie could have been included in the circle somehow. Any imperfect game or improvision would have been better than this!

I’m sorry but,wtf?! They could have put her in the middle so she could hold up the blue bird that they’re literally singing about. She raised her hand up with it! 😠💔

Absolutely disgraceful! 🤬 The beautiful little girl should be in the circle with all her other classmates and a different, more appropriate song, given so everyone could join in! It should have been the "teachers" top priority!

@LakeGirlPaula I remember this one. Absolutely cruel. Very sad. Every parent should have stopped the show to correct the situation, so their kids could learn it was wrong.

The teacher was including her. She could have left her out completely but she at least brought her up with the rest of her class.’. This song required all participants in the circle to move about quickly.
